Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Engine and Fuel Accessories (due to potential contamination)
  • Opened/used Servos, Radios, Receivers & Servo Parts
  • Switches and Wires with opened packaging
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Email body with:
    • Product name, scale (if applicable), and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
    • Confirmation item is unused in original packaging
    • Your full name and contact number

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and our mailing address:

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once authorized:

  • Securely package the item with all original materials
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation
  • Ship to the provided address using a trackable method
  • For exchanges, clearly indicate replacement item(s)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval/rejection within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Processing

For approved exchanges:

  • We’ll process your replacement within 2 business days of receiving your return
  • You’ll receive a new tracking number
  • Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged RC vehicle, model train component, or accessory:
