Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Engine and Fuel Accessories (due to potential contamination)
  • Servos, Radios, Receivers & Servo Parts (when opened/used)
  • Switches and Wires (when packaging is opened)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return mailing address (3950 Turnpike Drive, Birmingham, US 35203)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once authorized:

  • Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Ship to the provided address using a trackable method
  • For exchanges: Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) you’re requesting

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item to your location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
